What would you like me to make for you?

Most of my work is from commissions. This is partly why I have a limited store front. The curtains are made to order after establishing the function and the budget. These are the questions I usually ask people when we are discussing a project.

Do you have an idea of colour, or combination of colours, that you would like?

Do you like warm, cool, vivid or muted colours?

Given the colour choices, would you like different hue?

Do you have any preferences in terms of the motifs?

Do you like organic or geometric shapes or a combination of the two?

Would you prefer a simple or ornate design or a combination of the two?

What size would like the final product to be?

Would you like wooden rings or knotted loops?

What colour curtain rings would you prefer?

Would you like beads to be included?

Would you like wooden or ceramic beads?

What colour beads would you like?

Plant pots

Potted plants come in all shapes and sizes. What size plant pot do you have and would you like hanger for a single plant pot or multiple pots? Plants can be displayed one above the other. It's also possible to hang pots,  side-by-side, from a wooden dowel, or large pole. There are many options.

Curtains

Curtains can be made as single or multiple sections to cover an aperture; windows and doors, screened off areas, wall hangings. The choice is yours.

Knitting

I have a selection of knitted goods that I have made for both adults and children. There is a choice of yarn, stitches, look and feel, size and shape. I have knitted many wraps and they are well loved. It's like being hugged.

All of these questions help me to establish what you might want from broad to specific design requests. This helps to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want.
